Guided by the Lord and invited by the local Church, the Servants of Charity started their presence in the Philippines in June 1989. While getting acquainted with the socio-cultural, ecclesial situation of their new land, the first Servants of Charity found their way to Pinkian, a poor urban community located near Quezon City.

The House of the Holy Family opened in 2001 to serve indigent children and the sick and disabled people of Albay Province. It provides a residential facility for persons with disabilities along with a nutrition program for children, medical treatment for the sick, and special education.

Servants of Charity House of Formation opened in 1993 and serves as the Mother House in the Philippines and a formation center for young people who feel the call to become Guanellian priests and brothers.
- Blessed Guanella Center

Guanella Center serves as a school and a shelter for hundreds of needy people with disabilities. Services include development and rehabilitation programs, physical and occupational therapy, medical and legal assistance, job placement assistance, and special catechesis.
